1. Information We Collect

When you create an account with an email address and password, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• A cryptographic hash of your password (we never store the password itself, and cannot recover it)

When you sign in via Google instead, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your profile picture URL
• Your Google account ID (for authentication only)

When you use our service, we temporarily process:

• Video files you upload for analysis (deleted immediately after processing)
• Extracted video frames (deleted immediately after analysis)
• Audio transcriptions generated during analysis

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account and manage your session
• To analyze your videos and provide virality scores and suggestions
• To track your credit balance and payment history
• To improve our analysis algorithms

3. Data Retention

Uploaded videos and extracted frames are deleted immediately after analysis is complete. We do not store your video content. Your account information and payment history are retained as long as your account is active.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth — for authentication, if you choose to sign in with Google
• Anthropic (Claude API) — for AI-powered video analysis (video frames are sent for analysis)
• Razorpay — for payment processing (we do not store your card details)

5. Data Security

We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Passwords are never stored as we use OAuth-only authentication. Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your personal information, credit balance, and payment history will be permanently removed.
